I did it after getting the master sword at 40 shrines. I put 3 stamina upgrades back so 10 hearts total and 3 stamina upgrades on top of the starting wheel. OP, it's doable but very difficult. Took me 10 tries for the beginning trials, 4 for the middle and I did the final trial on my first attempt.
