WebWe fixed the problem by launching the Epic Launcher in admin mode. cant connect either, admin mode doesn't work for me or my friends. Our group just restarts the game over and over again until one of us has the invite button. If the game was on Steam this wouldn't be a problem. I hate the damn Epic Games Store.
