WebOct 6, 2008 · My recollection is that when I have a client who cannot send email to a specific domain it is usually a reverse DNS problem or a blacklist problem. It's your ISP that has to setup the reverse DNS, so call them first. Check the blacklists. After that, it's the dreaded call to Earthlink if the issue persists.
