WebI was diagnosed with cyclothimia last week and was prescribed Lithium 450mg. I'm scared to take it (due to the stigma mainly and fear of never being on any type of medication before). I am getting to near the maximum at 1250mg lithium per day, I dont know what my blood levels are I guess they are in the .8s (will see psychiatrist in August). I am not on any other meds.
